Last updated: March 2025
1. General
These terms apply to the use of Savera AB's ("Savera") services and website. By engaging Savera or using savera.se you accept these terms. Savera reserves the right to update the terms, and the latest version is always published on this page.
2. Scope of services
Savera offers independent energy advisory, including analysis of electricity contracts, procurement, risk management and ongoing monitoring. Our recommendations are based on available market data and information provided by the client. Savera acts exclusively in an advisory capacity and is not responsible for decisions made by the client based on our recommendations.
3. Contracts and commitment
The initial analysis is free of charge and without commitment. Any continued engagement is regulated through a separate agreement between Savera and the client, specifying scope, compensation and notice period.
4. Prices and payment
Prices for Savera's services are stated in the individual client agreement. Invoicing is monthly unless otherwise agreed. Late payment incurs interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
5. Limitation of liability
Savera's advisory is based on market information and analyses deemed reliable, but we cannot guarantee that these are complete or error-free. Savera is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the client's decisions. Savera's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client during the preceding twelve months.
6. Intellectual property rights
All material on savera.se – including text, graphics, logos and analyses – belongs to Savera and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution or other use without written consent is not permitted.
7. Force majeure
Savera is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, government actions, strikes, fire or interruptions in electricity or communication systems.
8. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot agree, the dispute shall be settled by Linköping District Court.
